The engine passes your signals through four stages. Each one narrows the choice, down to the right session.

    Marked discomfort, exhaustion, extreme weather: some sessions are ruled out on the spot. Caution comes before everything else.

    The tone of your goal

    A gentle comeback, lasting fitness, an energy boost: your intention sets the colour of the session.

    Today's adaptation

    Sleep, energy, time available, body signals, weather and air quality: the session matches your today, not your yesterday.

  4. 04

    Personalisation

    Your history, the variety of efforts, your feedback after each session: the further you go, the more the decision looks like you. Behind the scenes, ALVIA follows a progression that evolves day after day — you never have to manage or picture future sessions, they'll adjust to your form anyway.

What protects you when ALVIA decides

ALVIA decides, but never against your body. Four reflexes of caution, always on.

Discomfort somewhere?

We tell discomfort from pain. Mild discomfort: we train around it, never on it — if your lower body is complaining, ALVIA keeps the upper body active. Marked pain: it eases off and rests the area.

Coming back after a break?

We build back gently. After several days off, ALVIA rebuilds the load step by step — no brutal return to where you were.

Too many hard days in a row?

Rest, enforced. When fatigue piles up, ALVIA calls a real rest day. Recovering is part of training.

A very short night?

A calmer session. Sleep badly, and the intensity eases on its own. Pushing a tired body helps no one.
